Compressed air reflects energy. Leaking air lines, couplings and hoses are sources of energy waste and excessive costs. The majority of companies have a leakage rate of more than 20%. This can usually be reduced to less than 5%.

The survey is carried out with the aid of advanced DND™ technology ultrasonic equipment, whichfilters background noise and only detects the ultrasonic sounds generated by leakages. The leakage detection can therefore be carried out under normal production time which enables control of machinery under operating conditions. A LeekSeek™ survey will on average cover 7,000 m2 of production area per day.

An overview of number and location of leakages.

No Gain – No Pay!
If we don't find leakages in your compressed air or gas system equivalent of our fee, we won't charge you, it is that simple.
In most cases the survey is paid for within the first hour.

Repair Report
A complete report providing all necessary information required for repair. Workplace, tag no. component, brand and product code and eventual comments related to each specific leakage. Report can be printed out in word format and is normally used as a work order.

Access to LeekSeek report system
All leakage data is processed in the LeekSeek™ Internet based software. After the survey is completed the client will receive a password which provides access to leakage data via the internet.
