Repair Option
Following the initial survey there are a number of repair options.
(a) LeekSeek completes whole process from discovery to repair.
(b) Co-operation between client and LeekSeek.
(c) Client is solely responsible for repair process.
C.A.L.M. Monitoring and Reporting Software
Computer Aided Leakage Management (C.A.L.M.) is a web based system for the reporting, logistics of repair, cost monitoring and analysis. It has proven to reduce project time by several months, which translates directly to bottom line savings.
C.A.L.M. system generates the following reports:
(1) Remedial Requirements.
(2) Purchase Requirements (Parts).
(3) Priority Leakages.
(4) Estimated repair time.
(5) Leakages NADP (Not Accessible During Production Hours).
(6) Customised ReportingSection.
A further option available is the Group Login for clients with multiple sites.
LeekSeek 3:2:1 Program
This program was developed as a general approach to achieving results quicker whilst documenting causes, through 3 audits in the first year, two in the second year and one in year three. Each survey has a specific objective.
